I made a purchase. What's next?

  2. Complete this waiver.

  3. Log into class with link that will be provided via email.

How do I log into the class?

If you purchased the monthly plan, you will be invited to a class daily via calendar invite. This invite will contain the link and any access codes needed to enter. Please Accept the invite even if there is a chance you may not be able to attend.

If you purchased a drop in or trial class, please email me at cmingfit@gmail.com to set up a class that you would like to take. 

You will need a Gmail account to log on live. Make one here.

How long is each class?

Classes are typically 50-60 minutes in length. This includes a short warm up and cool down.

What equipment do I need?

Many exercises use your own body weight and are highly effective! For other exercises, we use:

  1. Sets of weights (one lighter and one heavier)

  2. Set of bands (I use fabric, elastic, and resistance bands with handles that can be substituted for weights)

  3. Sliders (can be substituted for towels, socks, or plates depending on your floor)

  4. Common household items (something to step on e.g. bench, stool, sturdy chair), towels, socks, paper plates, etc.

If you don't have any of these items, don't worry. Modifications can be made. If you would like any recommendations, please reach out!

What apps do I need to access the class?

Classes are held via Google Meet. You will need a Gmail account. This can be created for free. No apps are needed, but your device does require a mic and camera (optional to use in class).

I missed the class. How do I access the recording?

Recordings will be posted on the same day of the class for all members to access. Links to all recordings are provided in the Welcome Email.
