HIIT THAT BOOTY

Feel strong and defined in this upper body workout that targets at least two different muscle groups.

All you need is a few minutes to feel the burn that will leave you feeling stronger, right down to the core.

FULL BODY BURN

Work your entire body with a combination of strength and dynamic movement. Build muscle and endurance at the same time!

UPPER BODY MASH UP

Everything upper body with a little core sprinkled in. End feeling sore, but accomplished.

Thursday, 12/1/22 6 AM PST

LEG DAY! STRENGTH BASED

Work your lower half with strength training. We'll build strength through isometric holds and weight lifting. Your legs will thank you the next day ...and maybe the next!

FULL BODY HIIT +

DOWN TO THE CORE



This HIIT workout alternates between high intensity and core-focused movements. End on a natural high!

All you need is a few minutes to feel the burn that will leave you feeling stronger, right down to the core.

WORK HARD, REST EASY

Rest is critical for your body's recovery and muscle replenishment. Stretch, take a stroll, or just veg out.
