CORE & CARDIO

This HIIT workout alternates between high intensity and core focused movements. End on a natural high!

Tuesday, 9/27/22 6 AM PST 

LEG DAY! STRENGTH BASED

Work your lower half with strength training. We'll build strength through isometric holds and weight lifting. Your legs will thank you the next day ...and maybe the next.

Equipment: set of weights, band, bench  or equivalent

Wednesday, 9/28/22 6 AM PST

UPPER BODY MASH UP

Everything upper body with a little core sprinkled in. End feeling sore, but accomplished!

Thursday, 9/29/22 6 AM PST

HIIT THAT BOOTY

What better combination than burning calories and toning that booty? Welcome to your new favorite class, HIIT That Booty!

Friday, 9/30/22 6 AM PST

FULL BODY BURN +

ARM BURNOUT


Work your entire body with a combination of strength and dynamic movement. Build muscle and endurance at the same time!


Followed by a short arm workout that will burn them out. Keep this one on deck for days you are short on time!

ALL DAY

WORK HARD, REST EASY

Rest is critical for your body's recovery and muscle replenishment. Stretch, take a stroll, or just veg out.
